What This Is

TsukasaYugi & Affiliates Co. LLC values the integrity, safety, and emotional stability of all entities interacting with our systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information across all TsukasaAffiliates platforms, including Psycho, Blood, and associated digital infrastructure.

This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Corporation. Continued use of any TsukasaAffiliates service is treated as ongoing acceptance. The Corporation reserves the right to know you have read this.

Data Collection

We collect information across the following categories:

• Operational Data System logs, uptime metrics, device identifiers, and performance telemetry across all certified endpoints.
• Voluntary Submissions Information you provide through forms, messages, or direct contact with the Corporation. You chose to send it. We chose to keep it.
• Behavioral Signals Navigation patterns, interaction timing, and anomalous activity indicators. Anomalies are flagged automatically.
• Affiliation Metadata Division membership, product ownership, clearance level on file, and loyalty status.
• Non-Personal Data Anonymized analytics used to improve system stability and expand operational scope.

We do not collect biometric data, financial data, or anything that would make this legally complicated.

Data Usage

Your data is used to:

• Maintain system functionality and ensure all divisions remain OPERATIONAL
• Improve user experience across TsukasaAffiliates services
• Detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents
• Expand the Corporation's multiversal influence
• Generate internal analytics for product development
• Maintain accurate records of affiliated devices and entities

Partner Disclosure

We may share limited information with the following authorized entities, each operating under strict confidentiality agreements enforced by Tsukasa himself:

• SINS Agency For security implementation, private surveillance, neuro additions, and threat analysis. Operates under the joint infrastructure agreement.
• Silver Wolf For incorporating exploits and system hardening, pursuant to the Zero-Day Exploit Agreement (CVE-FOREVER-0000).
• Hanako / Amane Yugi For Tsukasa's personal familiar transparency and contact
• Kengo Yozakura For improvements suggestions and learning purposes
• CatNap For atmospheric ambient improvement in our and our partners HQ and blurredly cat-specific and scent reasons
• SKA K.K. LLP Inc. For legal compliance across dimensions. Their jurisdiction is broad. Their measurement standards are authoritative.
• Tsukasa & Sike Synergy K.K. LLP. For co-partnered product & services improvement and shared database infrastructure, per the joint SO-J Division arrangement.
• Internal Divisions Including but not limited to: HFI, SPE, CIS, ERAM, and Reality Management. ARI Division data access is governed by Directive 7-NULL.

Storage & Retention

Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled environments maintained by the Corporation. Retention periods are as follows:

• Operational Logs 90 days from generation date.
• Affiliation Metadata Indefinitely, unless formally revoked via §6 procedures.
• Contact Submissions Until processed. Processing timeline is not disclosed.
• Analytics Data Anonymized and retained for research, unless opted-in for inclusion of personal fingerprinting data.

Data may be retained beyond standard periods if required for security, compliance, or lore continuity. The Corporation determines which applies.

Entity Rights

You may submit formal requests for the following:

• Access to your stored data
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Removal of voluntary submissions
• Revocation of affiliation (pending approval)

Security Infrastructure

The Corporation employs the following security measures across all platforms:

• SELinux-based MAC enforcement — mandatory access control at the kernel level
• SINS-grade intrusion detection — operated in coordination with the SINS Agency
• KineticSlip exploit implementation — proprietary hardening layer
• Encrypted transport protocols — across all inter-entity communications
• Internal anomaly monitoring — continuous, automated, unannounced
• Amok-based security systems — scope not publicly disclosed

Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected users unless doing so would worsen the situation.

Minor Entities

TsukasaAffiliates services are not intended for individuals under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately — without retention, analysis, or move-to-trash actions. No exceptions. This one is not negotiable.

Amendment Procedures

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of TsukasaAffiliates services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We will always provide prior notification before policy changes are enacted. The format and channel of notification is at the Corporation's discretion.
