These Terms of Service ("Terms"; also called "Terms of Operation") govern your access to and use of all services, sites, systems, and infrastructure operated by TsukasaYugi & Affiliates Co. LLC, including but not limited to the TsukasaAffiliates portal, Psycho, Blood, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services"; or "Operations").
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Corporation. Accessing any part of the Services — regardless of awareness of these Terms — is treated as acceptance of all provisions herein.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial, or approved affiliated purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies referenced by the Corporation.

The Corporation reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes misuse. This determination is final.
Some parts of the Services may be restricted to recognized affiliates, divisions, or designated devices. Access to these areas may require explicit approval or configuration by the Corporation. Attempting to access restricted areas without proper clearance is a violation of §2.2.
If you provide any information to or through the Services, you agree that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not intentionally mislead, impersonate, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
We may suspend or revoke access to any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access poses a risk to Corporation or system integrity.
Unless otherwise stated, all content, design, text, graphics, logos, structures, and lore presented through the Services are the property of TsukasaYugi & Affiliates Co. LLC or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, all division designations, product codenames, vendor strings, and worldbuilding elements.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with the Services for permitted use. This license does not allow redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of the content without prior written permission from the Corporation.
Any content you voluntarily submit (e.g., messages, forms, feedback) may be stored, processed, and used by the Corporation for operational, analytical, or archival purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided on an "as we want" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature, endpoint, or page.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. This includes restructuring divisions, renaming products, or altering site content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Prior notification will always be issued before changes take effect.
The Services employ security mechanisms including access controls, logging, anomaly detection, and other protective measures. This includes neuro-security implementations operated in coordination with SINS Agency. Attempts to circumvent these mechanisms are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of §2.2.
Use of the Services may be logged and monitored for operational, security, and diagnostic purposes. This includes private surveillance conducted in cooperation with partner entities, notably SINS Agency. By using the Services, you consent to such monitoring as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services may reference or link to third-party sites, tools, or platforms. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies entirely outside the Corporation's jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
⚠ NOTICE: Any attempt at legal action or formal report against the Corporation will be actively
monitored, watched, and discreetly managed by our partner SINS Agency.
You cannot — both physically and legally — take meaningful action against us.
We have a Government Body (SINS Agency) on our side. It's a lost game, my friend.
Additionally, all materials monitored in connection with such attempts will be retained
indefinitely for Corporation's and partner's entertainment purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TsukasaYugi & Affiliates Co. LLC, its divisions, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it shall be limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. No appeal process is documented.
These Terms are intended to govern the relationship between you and the Corporation with respect to use of the Services. Where applicable law applies, any conflicting provision shall be interpreted in the manner most consistent with both the law and the intent of these Terms.
The intent of these Terms is, ultimately, determined by the Corporation.
